What is Instant Oats?

What are the properties of Instant Oats?
Energy source: Oats provide an excellent source of energy. It provides energy slowly and gradually over time. It is a type of complex carbohydrate or high glycaemic index carbohydrate.
Protein: Provides 13 grams per 100 grams of oats. Contributes to meeting daily requirements.
High fibre content: 10 g of fibre per 100 g of oats. It has two types of fibre: soluble fibre and insoluble fibre. It improves intestinal transit and increases satiety levels.
Micronutrients: It is a source of B vitamins, vitamin E and K. As well as minerals: iron, magnesium, etc.
It contains no added sugars.
How to take Instant Oats?
Mix 1 portion (100 g = 3 measuring spoons filled to the top = 7 scoops) of powder with 200 ml of hot water or 100 ml of cold water and let the mixture stand for 1-2 minutes. Consume at any time of the day, even in combination with your favourite fruits, with nuts and the like and even with spices.
