What is it for?
Protein is made up of amino acids, some of which can be synthesised by the body while others cannot, so they must be ingested through the diet. Those that cannot be synthesised by our organism are called essential amino acids (EAAs). The essential amino acids are: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan and valine.
The combination of all the essential amino acids in the correct proportions as found in this formula has been shown to have the ability to increase muscle protein synthesis and thus promote muscle mass gains. When we train in the gym, in a park or at home with our body weight, with the aim of gaining muscle mass, this stimulus must be supported by the correct nutrition for this muscle hypertrophy to occur. This goal of muscle hypertrophy can be sought by different types of population, ranging from bodybuilders or people who train to gain muscle mass to strength athletes, athletes from other disciplines such as football or simply people who train for health and try to avoid the loss of muscle mass and strength, wanting to favour their gains.
The essential amino acids present in this formulation will not only serve to increase protein synthesis and promote muscle growth but also to help manage fatigue and recovery from training. This formulation of essential amino acids plus the addition of cysteine and tyrosine has been taken directly from scientific evidence due to its proven efficacy. This amino acid combination formulation with the present ratios has been shown to reduce fatigue generated by strength training and improve recovery after strength training in recent scientific evidence. This can lead not only to a direct enhancement of training adaptations as discussed above, but also indirectly through improved post-workout recovery, better fatigue management and tolerance and, increased performance in training sessions.

What dose to consume?
Each dose of this product will consist of 14 g of the product (or about 0.15-0.20 g per kg of body weight) dissolved in 250ml or your preferred amount of liquid such as water or juice. They can be taken at any time of the day, such as with a low protein meal, on an empty stomach, or before, during or after training.
This product is composed of all the essential amino acids, added cysteine and tyrosine.
