Instant Oats Choco Monky is made from ground oat flakes. Oats are the most nutritionally complete cereal. It is characterised by slow absorption carbohydrates, protein, fibre, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
Oats have a low glycaemic index. As a result, the energy boost provided by carbohydrates will be prolonged over time.
They are also an excellent source of fibre, both soluble and insoluble. They help to improve intestinal transit and their satiety index is very high.
The delicious chocolate bar flavour has been obtained by combining caramelised biscuits, alkalised cocoa and sucralose.
Alkalinised cocoa: maintains the many natural properties of pure cocoa: it is a great antioxidant, and promotes well-being and good mood. The alkalinisation process reduces the bitterness of natural cocoa, maintains its properties and improves its taste.

Mix a quantity of between 30 and 50 grams with 150-325050 ml of water until a creamy texture is achieved. The quantities can be modified according to taste and desired consistency.
